I was delighted to be invited by Quills & Quartos Publishing to write a short story that centered around Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy, and what resulted is a second chance love story, with a dash of a love triangle, entitled The Heart's Consent. In this tale, Mr Darcy must overcome regrets and recrimination if he is to win Miss Elizabeth Bennet back from another seemingly ardent suitor.
This was originally part of the An Inducement Into Matrimony anthology, which published in 2022; however, now the short story is now available as a standalone story!
